| Instructions | Directions: 1. Brush your teeth before starting – it’ll help the whitening absorb better. But don’t floss. 2. Take the cap off the pen and slowly twist the bottom until you see gel in the brush. 3. Brush the gel on your 6 top and 6 bottom front teeth in a circular motion. The gel will foam and penetrate your teeth. 4. If you have an LED accelerator light, grab it and plug it into your phone or USB port. Gently bite down, pull your lips over the mouthpiece, and use the light while the gel is on your teeth. If not, skip to step 5 5. After 5 minutes, spit out the excess gel – but don’t rinse.
